group means a lot to me because it teaches me how to get around on my own

meeting new people and getting to know everyone.

come to these meetings to meet new people and to learn about
everyone else.
What it means is to talk up for myself.
Sometimes when I am having a hard time or, when bullies make fun of
me, I tell them how I feel.

I go to these meetings because I really don't know how to stick-up for myself and going to these meetings gives me a chance to do that. Every time I go to one of these meetings, I spread my wings a little bit further and now I feel that I don't have to be scared to stick-up for myself because I know with the great friends I've got, anything's possible. I just got to believe, that's all. |
